Best known as a pioneering scientist, Priestley was also a radical spiritual thinker, political advisor, and early Unitarian whose bold ideas helped shape both faith and democracy. Join us as we reflect on Priestley’s enduring influence on Unitarian Universalism and on our own fellowship, which is part of the Joseph Priestley District named in his honor.

Israel Elias Colon is a writer, educator, and community organizer basedin the Philadelphia area.
