Chef will begin with instruction on how to make the classic French pastry dough, pâte à choux. From this base, he will demonstrate how to make delightful cream puffs with custard filling (chou à la crème) and succulent cheese puffs (gougères). Ooh la la! Très délicieux!
As always, participants will be able to get hands-on instruction, and also sample their creations.
